How It Works
We understand emergencies happen and schedules change. As a courtesy, we require 24 hours notice to cancel a consultation. Your notice can be in the form of an email or phone call. There will also be a 10 minute grace period if you are running late on the day of the consultation.
Please be advised, there will be a $25.00 rescheduling fee which will be applied to your balance if you decide to book with us. The payment can be made via PayPal to the email address djceekay@yahoo.com before we approve your consultation.
